Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

- Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order is shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping (if you offer it)

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by their country.
