Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping (if you offer it)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by their country.
