Return & Refund Policy

 At Lpuscent, we take pride in ensuring that every fragrance decant is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail. Due to the nature of decanting and the hygienic handling of fragrance products, all sales are final.

No Returns

 We do not accept returns on any orders. Once a fragrance leaves our facility, it cannot be returned for reasons of preference, change of mind, or opened/used product.

Refunds

 Refunds will only be issued if: • The product arrives damaged or broken (e.g., leaking vial, cracked bottle, defective sprayer). • The wrong item was sent by mistake. To qualify for a refund: • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. • All claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

 We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been shipped. Once the tracking number shows “Delivered,” the package is considered fulfilled. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
